Which shipping methods do you offer?
We currently use Interparcel to ship within the UK (please note we do not ship internationally at this time). Shipping is £5.99 for all orders, however if you spend more than £100 you may qualify for free shipping (see below).
If your order is larger than normal and requires more than one parcel to ship, we may need to invoice you for additional shipping. You can also collect your order from our store free of charge.
We do not use Yodel, Hermes, or DPD Local for our shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free shipping on all orders over £100, just use the code FREEUKSHIPPING at the Checkout (cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer). Please note that if you order contains pre-order items or special order items, then your order will be held until all of your items become available.
If you require your items sooner, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can invoice you for shipping on smaller consignments of your order.
In some cases, we may not be able to offer free shipping, in particular if your order requires multiple parcels or is particularly large or heavy (as this may exceed our shipping arrangements). In these instances, you will be contacted and invoiced for shipping required.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We can accept debit/credit card (via Shopify and their payment gateway partner Stripe) or PayPal on our website. Please be advised we do not accept cheques.
Do you offer NUS / British Armed Forces / Blue Light card discounts?
We do offer 10% off for NUS cardholders, Blue Light cardholders and British Armed Forces personnel in store, but this is limited to items that are not on promotion or otherwise reduced.
Our NUS discount is now available online (use the code NUS10 at the Checkout; cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer), but a valid student card must be produced when collecting items.
We also offer discounts on gaming products for registered local gaming clubs. To register your club, please contact us at email@example.com.
Are reduced items faulty or second hand?
None of our reduced items are second hand, and all should be in perfect working order. There may be price stickers, or minor residue from removed price stickers, on the packaging, but every care is taken to ensure you receive an item that is of comparable quality to a full price item. We hope you'll be happy with your purchases.
Do you buy pre-owned merchandise?
